Antisemitism has never made sense to me, in that I don’t understand why it has been so persistent and virulent.
Jewishness, per se, has never harmed me in any way that I have been able to detect, and my personal interactions with Jews have all been as good or better than with any other identity groups I can think of.
I think it's entirely possible to be completely anti-antisemitic -- and even to wholly support Zionism and Israel's right to exist and defend itself -- and yet still get the ick from strongarm lobbyists.
