This. And Amen.

Bookmarked, printed and hanging on my wall. And forwarded on. And subscribed.

Did the same. Except I rewrote it as my own and posted it as a response to a leftwing editorial opinion piece found in the student newspaper of my alma mater, which I attended 40 years ago. I recommend others do the same. We could start something here.

While Jeff may not get full credit for it, he'll leave his mark on the marketplace of ideas.

"And I aim to misbehave."

'Nuff said.

Very well written. I would love to see this published in every newspaper in America, especially on college campuses, so that the leftists could have their collective heads explode.

Or in a speech. They're have to be gagged and duct-taped to chairs, however.

I am not privileged because of pigmentation.

I am privileged because of principles.

I have bad news and good news:

You can't pick your pigmentation.

but you can choose your principles.

Well said, and high time it was said so clearly.

The question is, who will be a signatory to this re-Declaration? For my part, I will, with perhaps a few edits - I try not to be a "despise" type, and more a "may your chains rest lightly upon you" type. Not that I always succeed...

"I reject “equity” because it is collectivism disguised as virtue.".

Just perfect as usual, thanks Jeff.

Can we circulate this for 100 million signatures and nail it to the white house door?

Nu Mr. Goldstein, are you, like me, also a rare, politically Conservative MOT, who has always refused to comply??

I was fortunate enough to have been sent your well written "breath of fresh air" & in these fetid times, it reads like a lifeline caught by a drowning man!

I cannot thank you enough, but I've subscribed, & if I continue to learn from, & enjoy your writings, I will pay you for that privilege!

Regards,

MolonLabe

1. Well said. Paine & Jefferson would sign this declaration of independence from BigBrother/NannyState's overweening Faucist whims & sins.

2. Some folks are of opinion that "all's relative," that the fundamental constants of nature don't apply to human physiology or sociology, —there are no binding energies between couples, families, communities like those physicists use to represent atomic interactions. Those of the "Progressive Faith," are especially susceptible to deny there's deep inscriptions from our birth and affirm that humans emerge with a "blank slate."

3. This disastrous nihilism and reality-denial have led us to a juncture where the clinically insane (psychopaths) are our professors, doctors, influencers and leaders. The madness that started in the 20th century is now in full bloom. Wars, genocide, inflation, recession, pollution, propaganda all wrapped up in the destruction of nature and our own microbiome.

4. Has totalitarianism peaked yet? Are humans totally enmeshed in a "technological dark age"? Almost, — #VaxPass, #CBDC, #ElectricVehicles, #SocialCredit (social media community standards enforced by #AI), #Snitches & #SmartCities (15 minute fiefdoms), #TV & #BigPharma sedation will allow the 1,000 year Reich to be fully implemented.

5. Evil is inimical to life and its sinister tendrils can be recognized and repudiated. Resistance is not futile and is of the essence.
