I saw where Rex Ryan called the Denver Broncos and Russell Wilson “terrible”
This pronouncement from the one-time NFL head coach and amateur carbs collector, opining on ESPN’s “Get Up”broadcast, may, however, stem from an ulterior motive not entirety tied to the 2-1 Broncos’ overall performance, a record which currently puts the team atop the vaunted AFC West
In fact, it’s safe to say — based explicitly on Coach Ryan’s own history — that the acid-tongued analyst and aficionado of all things cream is simply interested in motivating 9-time Pro-Bowler and Super Bowl-champion QB Russell Wilson.
Wilson, who has played 3 games with the Broncos in their new offensive scheme under first time head coach Nathanial Hackett, has yet to fully acclimate to the new offense after a 10-year run in Seattle. And Ryan most likely simply wants to see Wilson using his feet more.
Preferably without cleats and socks.
Toe each his own, I guess.
